Super 8 by Wyndham Billings

Comfortable beds, helpful friendly staff. Our TV wasn't working and they were very courteous and took extra time in fixing our reception. Quiet clean rooms.

For a motel the room is pretty decent, enough to wash up and rest for the next day trip and there are a lot of people staying at night and leaving early morning, so this place feels safe to stay in. Apparently there is breakfast in the morning but you would have to wake up early to catch it because of the other early risers. Would recommend this place if you need a place to stay for just a night and continue your drive the next day.

I didn’t have any issues with anything. Check in was easy check out was easy. Staff was super nice! Hot breakfast everyday. Clean beds and clean rooms clean bathrooms and clean showers. Quite.

We had an absolute dream stay at the Super 8 by Wyndham in Billings, Montana! As a frequent road tripper with my two adorable huskies, it's a challenge to find pet-friendly hotels that truly feel like home. This gem exceeded our expectations in every way! The hotel's spotless rooms and top-notch housekeeping blew us away - it's clear the staff takes pride in their work. The bed was the perfect haven for weary travelers, and the bathroom was a serene oasis. But what truly made our stay special was the warm and welcoming front desk team - they went above and beyond to make us feel like family. Their pet-friendly policy is the icing on the cake, and the staff's love for animals shone through in their thoughtful touches. If you're searching for a haven in Billings that welcomes both you and your furry friends with open arms, look no further than this Super 8. We'll be back again and again!

I truly wish the ratings for this place were higher. I was skeptical, but when I arrived I was greeted by friendly front desk staff who were responsive when I had an issue getting into the room I was originally assigned. The place was clean, the room especially, and there were no smells of smoke or grime. The breakfast offered had hot options, including biscuits and gravy! It was a great start to the day. I am currently traveling across the country with two pets and the staff were happy to have them and never made them seem like a burden. I wasn't too happy with the pet fee (especially after being a rewards member with Red Roof Inn where my pet, at least the first one, stays free). Overall, it was a great place to stay overnight and I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness, the staff, and my overall experience.

After having experiences with super 8 motels, where reception staff were in their pyjamas, couldn't speak English & generally unhelpful- Billings was a great motel. Professional, helpful staff, clean & well cared for rooms, great breakfast. I was really impressed with the standard of Billings Super 8 & would stay there again. Recommend this as a comfortable & clean, pleasant place to stay.

Originally visited in September, 2023 Great price and location, only issues were that the shower head's water pressure was either very little or intense, and not much parking for trailers. Breakfast was good.

Although the hotel isn’t new, it’s well-maintained and very clean throughout — both in the corridors and inside the room. Despite being close to a busy road, the room was quiet and peaceful. The air conditioning worked efficiently and kept the space comfortable. I also appreciated the breakfast: simple but fresh, served in a clean and tidy setting. Overall, a pleasant and practical stay.
